Andreas Heuser`s second solo CD takes the listener to unknown musical places. Recorded as a „real“ guitar solo album with no additional overdubs it features 11 pieces which blend influences from various musical backgrounds and still comes across as a homogenic entity. „Remember Batumi“ combines melodies from the Black Sea region with tapping and the ultra low bass of the 8-string guitar, all in a 7/8 time signature; „Circulation“, „Runner`s High“ and „Kaleidoskop“ skilfully utilizes the extended range of the 10-string classical guitar in combination with minimalistic song structures and odd time signatures. „Blue in Green“ by Miles Davis gets an unusual treatment with it`s impressionistic spanish feel played on the 10-string guitar with it`s double bass sound-a-like basslines. „Magenta“, „Windy City“ and „Arild“ present Andreas Heuser as a composer of unique ballads and a diverse soundscaping potential.

On Andreas Heuser`s first solo CD influences from jazz, classic music, worldmusic and minimal music meet to splendid effect. The compositions are partly solo and partly multitracked pieces ranging from duo-work to multilayered ensemble pieces. He presents a wide spectrum of sounds and emotions by using a variety of different guitars (10-string and 6-string classical guitars, steelstring guitar, requinto - a small guitar sounding a fifth higher) and not least through his highly skilled and varied technique.
